Enzymology
Learn how enzymes work to catalyse most of the chemical reactions in our cells.
This course is designed to introduce you to the fascinating world of enzymes. We will learn what enzymes actually are, and how they function as catalyses to most of the chemical reactions within our cells. You will also learn about their inhibition and regulation.
You cannot start to learn about any of the metabolic pathways in our cells without first understanding the essential concepts of enzymology covered in this course. The knowledge you will gain here will enable you to move on with your learning and understanding the control of metabolic reactions and pathways better and with confidence.
